Christ, that's really expensive. I live in Korea in a typical high rise flat, and pay £80 a month for 3 levels of underground parking (also bomb shelter), lifts, 24 hour security guard/concierge, two playparks and landscaping.
Definitely avoiding that type of place when I move back next year. I take it was a Glasgow Harbour type development?
