| Comment | Not sure, I have never rented a flat more than 1 year. I think renting one place for 5+ years is not very common. I bought my own flat, was sick of renting. Rule of a thumb is that if you plan to stay 5+ years in one place it makes more sense financially to buy your own flat/house.
