Aye Copenhagen and the Dutch hardly have fair weather year round either and they've still made the places great for cycling. Bit of an advantage especially for the Dutch with their country being flat as fuck but that's still something we can work round.
Hopefully the cycling infrastructure will continue to improve over time but we've a LONG ways to go yet.
