Comment	Glasgow; friendly locals mean a lot, decent amenities, parks, temperate climate. Berlin; great amenities, extreme climate (-15 to +35 throughout the year), tough local government, great expat/outsider scene. Be warned, if you find West Enders a bit much you may very much hate the Berlin population.
