| Comment | Legally it would be an absolute nightmare to try to draw a difference between them. We all understand it's sectarian pish but officially speaking they're a group celebrating their history, religion, politics etc...start banning that and you set some shaky legal precedents that either could lead to other things we might not want banned being banned or would lead to a ban on them being overturned because they're being treated differently from these other groups without a sound legal justification for doing so. |
