The greater question is:
1. Why do Glaswegians hold their city is such low regard that they can't be assed to either bin their rubbish or just carry it home?
1. Take aways (Mucky D's etc) pentuple their rates. Not only are they bad for the cities arteries with their litter, they're bad for their customer's arteries as well.
1. If people don't want to have to pay to cover that higher tax, **they can learn to bin their shit**.
1. White collar & low risk offenders on chain gangs to clean the streets. We're getting pretty right wing here, but it's one way they can pay back.

1. Give local communities support in running at garden or whatever works for a space.
