Comment | Have any of you tried the cambridge diet (aka the 1:1 plan) I've got a chunk of weight I want to kickstart losing, and the next few weeks will be mega stressful for me, so I quite like the idea of "here's what you can eat and when"
I'm a bit worried that it's all absolutely howling and I'm going to throw a load of money at buying food and shakes I won't eat any of. Any feedback on it is greatly appreciated! |
