Going through the factors and getting the other (I assume) 6 flats to agree on a new door entry system is the correct thing to do and you should contact them. However, it's a chore to get anything done this way, even if you own the place. Let alone renting it. That adds another challenge. Unless everyone agrees straight away to change the door, they'll drag it out for months/years. |
