Please don't listen to that guy, the west end is firstly miles away from celtic park and secondly fuller of students and middle class folk.

You're never going to get an authentic old firm experience in a pub in the west end, sorry but it's just a fact.

Like other folk have said stick to the east end of the city before the game - mainly the gallowgate but the city center is decent too. We usually get a train or subway into town then walk it to the stadium, grabbing a pint in the tolbooth beforehand. The walk is about 20-30 mins but there's buses and trains that will take you to the stadium too.

Tolbooth bar is a proper irish pub as is the Brazen head. Tbh I'd avoid the city center altogether after the fitbaw, everywhere is always rammed and although you're unlikely to see any trouble it can happen.
