| Comment | Mate I was in the exact same boat as you. Although I’m 26. Had a horrible upbringing had to get a job as soon as I left school and wasn’t able to peruse higher education.
I felt like I was caught up in the rat race get up, go to work, dinner, sleep, repeat. I’d always wanted to go to college / uni but could never afford it however it will surprise you how many part time / evening classes they are at affordable prices. I am currently study at city of Glasgow college doing a Monday only for a 2 year HNC after that the jobs I could get start around 26-29k and that’s just the HNC.
Mentally I feel so much better, it breaks up my week and gives me something to focus on, I would recommend it to anybody, my DMs are always open if you want to chat mate |
