not strictly ramen but 'lanzhou noodle' on bath street do a good bowl of noodle soup. you can see the guy making the noodles by hand. absolute top quality for about £8. definetly worth a try, best bowl of noodles ive had here anyway. recommend the Chicken with fermented raddish or the dumpling noodle soup.
