SushiYa on Union Street is new, I've had the ramen there. I can't say I'd RECOMMEND it but:

Pros:
\-£6 a bowl
\-Close to Central
\- Broth is fantastic

Cons:
Mediocre meat and veg.
Pretty sure the noodles were packet (but I can't prove that of course)
