Naw that’s not how it works. If both of their names are on the birth certificate they both have equal rights to take the weans.
I’ve been through this shit before. People just assume the mother gets to keep the weans regardless of whether they are a shitty person or not.
If he is on that birth certificate he can take the kids out of that house and look after them. He has the same rights that she does until it goes to court and a custody arrangement is decided. A woman isn’t the default best person to look after the kids just because she birthed them. The police can’t charge a legal parent for looking after their own children. |
