Comment	From my own experience with 9/13 of my family being addicts they are removed entirely and placed into foster care. I can’t imagine any judge in their right mind would choose a mother addicted over a father with a stable home. Yes there are studies that state children thrive with their mother but that does not include children with addict parents.
