I’m really glad to read so much support. Truly take this as a sign that the communities around you have your back.
Secondly, and I think this is quite important, if your children are in there and she is the sole carer she will at some become known to Social Work. I don’t know which local authority you belong to but the locals are all trying approaches that heavily focus on child safety, and in keeping children in the home. This will be a controversial opinion but I would consider making yourself and situation known to social work.
Not only does this unlock access to services and support, but it is better for you if you come forward.
