Comment | For what it is worth, as a law graduate who studied family law 10 years ago, the principle is "the welfare of the child is paramount".
Courts won't want to separate the child from either parent totally, but will do so if there is evidence to support it.
Images, financial evidence (payday loan, cash withdrawals, etc) will support your case towards showing she has an addiction.
