I went to Frank Seeger a while ago, got a proper deep tissue massage for 60 minutes. Really friendly German bloke, who kneeded me through so hard that I felt like I was post workout 2 days afterwards. But after that, I noticed that my back no longer was tense while sitting at a desk.
Can definitely recommend, it's right next to Central Station.
