| Comment | Perhaps digging up parks to take their flowers is a little over the top, not sure how it is legally.
Many of our parks have now swapped over to wild flowers to help restore natural wildlife habitats.
A better option might be to take cuttings from the healthiest looking plants.
Most plants can be chucked into a glass of water and will sprout roots within a few weeks.
For best results you should leave the leafey part in some sunlight and wrap the glass in paper or something to shield the rootting part from the light.
