My bike was chained up to the fence outside, one lock through the frame and front wheel, one through the back wheel. Lock cut and back wheel stolen. I couldn't afford a wheel for a couple of weeks and in the meantime, crackhead neighbour tore the bike off the fence and used it to get a leg up to his window when he forgot his key.
