The Cathouse is your best bet if you want to dance, guessing you'd enjoy the middle floor a lot more than the top one.
As for bars which play exclusively rock music aye Solid Rock and Rufus are the best place. If you want a wider mix of alternative music (and some great cheap food) then go to Bloc
