Difference between Govanhill and Finnieston is that people can afford to live there, so as history shows the artistic crowd will move in because it's cheap and there are good bars, then regular people will see that it's gone all artistic and want to be there too, and the businesses will change to cater for the new crowd. It's a good time to own somewhere near Govanhill. |
