I can personally reccomened the centre for therapy. They're just at charing Cross so you could even jump the train from denniston.
A friend recommended it to me for my depression and it was really good.
They have multiple pricing options, I believe you can pay a tenner a week for a fully qualified therapist but it may be their first job/training.
I think after that it can be between 20-30 a week.
They don't normally have much of a waiting list, you get an initial meeting jsut so they can assess your needs and they match you with a therapist that they think you'll get on with.
You can specify the gender of your therapist too if that makes a difference.
