1. HDD - Get a copy of clonezilla (it's F/OSS) and back everything up. Replace with an SSD. and either install OS & recover files, or vomit it all back with clonezilla. Win10 may or may not shit the bed.
1. Fan - replace it. Also, while you have the case open, air duster it.
