The right person for you guys might be in that group or they can put you in the direction of the right person but most importantly, do your own research - make sure you're on the same page and they're the right fit for you and they'll actually work for you, don't get one just to make your life easier. Great thing about music in 2020 is they don't need to be in Glasgow, they can be anywhere in the UK unless you're really wanting a proper hands-on manager. |
