| Comment | I would take SAT as a red flag - while the above changes are recent, they're not so new that ignorance is an excuse, and all landlords were contacted by the government about it.
So if someone is still pushing an SAT, at best it shows that they're out of touch with their responsibilities as a landlord and unlikely to be easy to deal with, and at worst they're actively trying to scam you/ |
