It was run by the student's association so in the past whenever it made a loss (which, like many student unions, was pretty often) then GSA would be able to find a bit of extra cash to cover the deficit. Reading between the lines but I'm guessing that spare cash is at a premium now as GSA deals with the fallout from literally going up in flames twice.
