| Comment | Aye, your man is mostly talking out of his arse. The immigration issues are bollix, and the AirBNB one is *sort of* true, but barely related to a foreign capital issue. The biggest issue with housing in Dublin is the council's absolutely ridiculous building height restrictions, in which you can only build up to a certain height as to *not ruin the skyline*. Now we've the great fun project in turning as much of the Pale into Dublin suburbs. |
