It's a brand new house so I'm hoping the concrete will be level.
Only reason for thinking 12mm is that I've had cheap/thinner stuff before but it never feels "solid" also, the skirting boards will be up and I'll need to fill the gaps with beading, less gaps if the laminated thicker.
