I think it's a hardware issue with your GPU. 550 watts should be fine with that setup. Maybe change the display sport
Swap your dvi d port to HDMI see if that helps with the monitor cutting out.
I assume the PC is well vented and all your fans are configured in the bios. So that its intaking and exhaling in one direction .
