| Comment | Havannah Street in Collegelands? Not private. The entire length of it (as well as the wee dead end bit at the front of the Spar) has double yellow lines, which only happens on council ground.
The only "legal" parking happening in Collegelands is on the small patch of land owned by Scottish Power at the far end nearer Hunter Street. Everything else is a ticket waiting to happen.
edit: come to think... u/DezzAvery - Does the bit of land you're asking about have yellow lines painted along the edges? That's usually the giveaway on what belongs to the council and what is private. |
