Comment | This is pretty much what I a doing as well. It worked for me before and I dropped from 108kg down to 75kg. Over the years I have put a bit back on but currently using the same technique to get rid of it.
I work on about 1200 calories a day doing IF at the same time intervals of 12-8. I don't mind eating the same meal day in day out and if you can handle that it will make your life easier.
I got myself a slow cooker and cook 2 bags of frozen chicken up to do me the week on a Sunday. It's easy and lazy and means even if you just pair it with some microwave rice and some hot sauce there is always an easy, low calorie meal there. |
