| Comment | i had been engaging with MH services since 2008, initially they thought it was schizofreina and dosed me with anti psychotics, interesting drugs but it all felt wrong, i had to show that even though i was experiencing mental overload or meltdown, that i was able to show insight into the psychologies and people that were triggering me. im now learing slowly about psychology, its helping, but it doesnt help that half of the so called normal people are crazy. |
