I think each table is 1.6m with that being shared by two people, so you'd be golden!
As I've said in another post in ten years and it being our 42nd event this upcoming LAN we've not had any issued with theft whatsoever due to having a team of staff who are all volunteers on hand through the event. Everyone does shift patterns so there's always someone there keeping an eye out.
We've also got the secure entry along with camera at the front door and lockable entrance gates. We actually streamed the last even from the stage so the whole world is even keeping an eye out on peoples gear ;). |
