Fair, I hope so. Whilst the area has its problems (Mainly all the flytipping and litter) I really hope it doesn't turn into another Finnieston, Dennistoun or Hillhead. As a low earner its one of the few areas in the city center I can afford to live, I wouldn't like to be priced out to Paisley lol
