When i moved to Glasgow i noticed it. Then at christmas i was back in my home city and thought to myself "damn everyone is so slow and law abiding" lol.
I think one of the reasons is because some lights take forever to go back to green again (eg Parkhead cross) so no wonder people are racing through them.
