They really might especially if someone was doing it repeatedly. For a one off they'd probably give you a wee official talking to but not actually give a fuck but for a repeat offender they might actually have to take action - most of them probably wouldn't like it either but he's no wrong that this could fall under vandalism. Imagine if instead of telling cunts they're parking like cunts it was big stickers of <insert thing you really don't like here> like most people I think you'd be a lot quicker to think action should be taken against it then.
That being said you'd have to be fucking daft to do this in front of polis or in a way you'd get caught for it. In reality even if it could technically be classed as vandalism you'd have to be making an effort to get caught for it to actually happen. |
