I lived in a 'no pets' flat for over a year. Even had a maintenance guy come in while no one was in and he shat himself when the dog came to greet him lol. She is a huge white swiss sheppherd too.
He reported back to the agency that he couldn't get access to the property because of the dog. They said nothing.
We had several inspections and we just made sure the dog wasnt there. We had dog leads, treats, toys and a bed in plain sight too. Nothing was ever said.
We kept the place clean and always paid rent on time... that seemed to be all they cared about. We gutted the place when we moved out but they were still a bit heavy handed on what they kept from the deposit for cleaning though.
I'm not advising that you lie/breach contract etc... but it's an option lol. |
