| Comment | I guess so, it was mid to late afternoon during summer, mostly clear skys and generally good dry and warm weather. It was on the SouthWest M876 on ramp which is now right beside the Forth Valley Royal Hospital. At the time that hospital was not built and Longannet Power Station was not yet demolished. It was only a couple of miles away but I dont know if it was still generating power at this time. Grangemouth Oil Refinery is a little further away. There was lots of power generation, transmission and consumption in the area, I guess that could be the root cause? |
