I would really like to commend the chef on presentation here. Remember the Roman Apicius in the first century AD wrote that "The first taste is with the eyes". Here the chef has perfectly captured a sense of angst and frivolity in the contrast between the pie halves and the chips. It's almost a social commentary on our divided society. Bravo very contemporary. Through to the next round. |
