Mine has been stuck on one journey left for ages. It finally expires tomorrow. Every time I get on a Central the gates don’t work and they just let me through. The conductor’s machine on the train never works either.
I don’t tap out when I get off either as it involves walking backwards against a sea of people trying to get out the station.
