Nah, we like our sauce. We do 'salt & vinegar', but plenty of us then add sauce on top. Edinburgh does 'salt n sauce' and use a unique east coast chippy sauce, which you don't get through here. Very different from the 'rid or broon' sauces in Glasgow.
