Romani people are not from Romania, there are very few **Romanian** people living in Govanhill. The govanhill population has a lot of gypsy people also known as Roma people or Romani. These people are part of a gypsy subculture originating in India.
Romanian people are brilliant imo and hate this confusion, it causes huge social and racial issues to a country that's actually bloody lovely btw. |
