I mean the vast majority of dogs also do not piss and shit all over the carpet too often and most pet owners clean it up on the occasions they do.
There are of course shit people out there who are exceptions to that but I doubt the line between one of them fucking up your rented apartment or not is just if they're a dog owner.
At the same time though it's just a really easy thing for landlords to exclude - as long as the market has plenty of would be renters you can afford to be picky. |
