No need to keep it to yourself either. It’s part of your identity - if anything people will be curious and interested. I mean you’re not going to see the orthodox guys here that I’ve seen in Manhattans diamond district but there’s plenty of different cultures here in Glasgow (mainly Indian, Pakistani and Eastern Europe) that are integrated.
