If you take the 74 it's cheaper. (Slow as fuck though, goes through the hospital / braehead etc, only goes as far as Partick).
To be honest though I usually just shout around the taxi rank for someone else going somewhere near me - it's around £20 so when you're 2 or more adults it's as cheap or cheaper than the bus, and goes door to door.
