Comment	Thanks for pointing out my mistake, I meant mediocre at best. The list of reasons I have heard from Scotrail about why their trains are late/cancelled: -Too rainy -Too windy -Too cold (-2°c and lower) -Too hot (25°c and above) -Too snowy Vienna gets -20°c in the winter, and just under 40°c in the summer. I doubt that the rails are majorly different.
