It's all happened / been happening/ still being rolled out.
New contactless ticket machines and barriers (new electronic ticket system overall tbh), station refurbs (think West Street and a handful of others still need done), a load of works in the tunnels, mostly on water prevention, and works at the engineering/maintenance yard in Govan.
