See, it’s easy to say that transport is the only difference, but I disagree. The NHS is criminally underfunded, while Austrian state healthcare isn’t, for example.
In terms of underfunding in Austria, the only example that immediately springs to mind is the army; Austria is neutral though, so it doesn’t really have such a big impact.
