| Comment | I’m sure in Falkirk we *used* to get one or two uplifts a year for free, then a charge for subsequent collections. That seemed reasonable to me (I’ve maybe used the service once in about 6 years).
Give everyone the service for free, and charge the folks who are abusing it or taking the piss.
Now Falkirk changed to charging for every one... just before I had to use the service for the first time. 🤬 |
