Council tax in this city is low, for a cheaper price many of us pay for entertainment we expect the council to run and maintain the public services for the 600k that life in the city proper, plus the hundreds of thousands that commute to it. So yes, while there may be misspent money, at some point you have to wonder whether the people constantly going on about it are just using it as an excuse. |
